The Past.

The Past.

The past is a place where many people dwell, and for reasons unknown, some find it challenging to move on. Living in the past is a surefire way to stagnate in the present and hinder progress into the future. It's essential to recognise that the past is done and gone, and over–residing there is detrimental to our health.

While the past contributes to shaping the person one is today, dwelling on it is counterproductive. If it has sculpted a positive individual, that's fantastic, but living there, focusing on what used to be or who one used to be, impedes growth. In the blink of an eye, the past vanishes, and to continue evolving, one must embrace the present.

For those trapped in the past, life remains a shadow of their former selves. The inability to move on prevents experiencing the present moment fully, hindering personal evolution. Living by the soul becomes challenging when energy remains dark or dense due to an attachment to the past. To live a better life and keep evolving, one must break free from the shackles of the past, both the good and the bad.

In my own life, there was a time when things went awry. I blamed someone else for my miseries, incessantly revisiting the past, holding this person responsible for every woe. Despite the valid problems this person caused, dwelling on it was unproductive. One day, I sought guidance from my Angels, questioning the string of bad luck. Their answer was clear: stop blaming, take responsibility, and cease living in the past.

Upon reflection, I realised the need to live in the now, cutting cords to the person and material losses that haunted me. Instantly, a weight lifted off my shoulders, prompting a transformative feeling. Since then, I've consciously avoided dwelling in the past. I swiftly cut ties with anyone or anything not resonating with my energy. I take responsibility for my decisions, regardless of the outcomes, and no longer concern myself with others' opinions. I've embraced self-love, am proud of the person I am, and am unwaveringly optimistic until I return to the spiritual realm.

The past is unchangeable; dwelling there serves no purpose. Each individual is unique; hence, cherishing oneself and living in the present while looking forward to the future is the key to personal fulfilment.
