Lately, I have been struggling personally to deal with life in general and people's attitudes.
I have found myself grappling with the challenges of life and the prevailing attitudes of people all around me. While I've touched upon similar themes in previous writings, the observation persists – many individuals navigate life with a sense of superiority, often inherited from their surroundings, be it family, peers, or partners.
It's crucial to remember that none of us is inherently superior or inferior. Our jobs, possessions, origins, and appearances do not define our worth; we are all equal.
At times, it feels like humanity is regressing. Although I once held hope for a positive shift, the current reality appears to be taking steps backward. Amidst the genuinely caring individuals, negativity and toxicity seem more prevalent than ever. My hope persists in the power of love to guide humanity in the right direction before we find ourselves on a road to ruin. The amount of crime in every state at present is at an all-time high; these thugs seem to have complete disdain for others and their property. Yet, with all this crime, I still hope these juveniles can see the error in their ways.
Spiritual friends often advise focusing on the positive aspects of life, acknowledging good deeds, and being kind to oneself. Humanity is more interconnected than ever, yet the constant influx of negative news and fear-mongering by the media can lead to depression and anxiety. I've chosen to disconnect from the news, recognising that over 98% of it tends to be negative. Switching off from this constant negativity has freed my mind and soul.
When encountering negative or toxic individuals, I choose to distance myself without harbouring hate. Instead, I extend love and wish them a happy life, acknowledging our shared humanity. Energy compatibility is subjective, and it's okay to choose not to associate with certain people, but it's essential to part ways respectfully. Love, a natural and rare commodity, holds immense power. While it may seem distant in the everyday lives of many, I believe it's the only true form of love emanating from the depths of our souls.
People share a common origin and destination in life. I've met individuals with wild exteriors harbouring the most beautiful souls. Judgment should be withheld, and choices should be made based on individual merit. Often, all it takes is independent thinking, avoiding news consumption, and stepping back from social media to reduce negativity. By collectively embracing this approach, we can contribute to making the world a better place and alleviating struggles in interpersonal relationships and global concerns.
Love, light and blessings.
