In reflecting on the challenges and trials of life, I've often found myself grappling with a profound sense of not wanting to be on this Earth. Upon introspection, the root cause that consistently surfaces is human greed—an abhorrent trait that breeds misery and suffering, serving as a catalyst for the destruction of our magnificent planet.
The global panorama of innocent lives lost, pervasive poverty, homelessness, and various societal issues all point back to greed. Governments and large corporations, led by individuals driven by insatiable avarice, perpetuate a cycle of exploitation, deception, and a callous disregard for the well-being of the majority. Witnessing this, I am repulsed by the lack of accountability for such actions and question the essence of our species, wondering how we permit this malevolence to persist.
It becomes increasingly challenging to accept the atrocities fueled by human greed, as it seems inescapable in our society. The perpetrators, motivated by the pursuit of money, power, and possessions, remain oblivious to the profound suffering their actions inflict on others. The discrepancy between our collective awareness and their apparent ignorance intensifies the distress.
The weight of being an unwilling participant in a world seemingly hurtling toward self-destruction exacerbates my struggle. Each day necessitates reliance on the very elements—money and material possessions—that I vehemently oppose. There are moments when the prospect of distancing myself from this toxic environment seems preferable to enduring the continued existence of these destructive forces.
Yet, amidst these sentiments, a critical reminder emerges. While we require money to survive, it is our relationship with it and each other that defines our existence. Nature, the very essence from which we spring, provides a profound lesson in balance and sustainability. Aligning with this natural order means taking only what is essential for survival and reciprocating the same. The current societal structure, however, propels the greediest to the forefront, perpetuating a cycle that needs to be transformed for the well-being of both humanity and the planet.
Despite these struggles and the inclination to disengage, I recognise the work I have left to do on this amazing planet. While there are moments when the desire to depart and return to the true home in the spiritual realm arises, I acknowledge the unique contributions and responsibilities I still carry in this physical existence.
If I was to only ever help one person get away from their ego back to their soul, then it has been worth the effort, one at a time, and I might stay a little longer.
Love, Light and Blessings.
